Shipping & returns

Orders are packed within one business day. At checkout you can choose from several couriers with live rates — the price and estimated delivery time are shown before you pay.

Shipping

• Same-day handover to the courier for orders placed before 14:00 WIB.
• Free shipping on orders over Rp300.000 (applied automatically at checkout).
• A waybill number appears on your order page as soon as the parcel ships, with live tracking.
• We currently ship anywhere in Indonesia; international shipping is coming.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 7 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number, and we'll arrange pickup or a drop-off label. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of the item arriving back with us.

Damaged or wrong item?

That's on us. Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the faulty one first.
