At checkout you can choose from several couriers with live rates — the price and the courier's estimated delivery time are shown before you pay, for the address you entered.

• Rates are quoted live for your address; nothing is charged before you confirm.
• A waybill number appears on your order page as soon as the parcel ships, with live tracking.
• Delivery times and any dispatch cut-off are set by the store and the courier you pick.

Returns

Returns are handled by the store you bought from — its policy, window and process are its own. Contact the store with your order number using the details in the footer and it will take it from there.

Damaged or wrong item?

Contact the store as soon as you can and include a photo plus your order number, so it can sort out a replacement or a refund.
